Уходят поезда и тянутся вагоны,

Шумят толпой усталые перроны,

И грустные глаза завидуют веселым…

Зовут огни чужих городов.

Уходят годы, колеса мчатся

В вечной гонке за сытым счастьем.

На вокзалах кричат и суетятся

Люди в ожидании поездов…

Страсти кипят и рвутся нервы,

И каждый хочет уехать первым

В город своей мечты и веры,

В страну несбывшихся снов.

Стонут платформы от ног бездушных,

И сыро от слез, и от пота душно.

Стоят толпой, судьбе послушны,

Люди в ожидании поездов…

Дышат вокзалы иллюзией жизни,

Гудок тепловоза — как стартовый выстрел.

Тронулись с мест, на подножках повисли,

Чтоб уйти, не оставив следов.

И поезд не тот, но они довольны.

Здесь за каждое место ведутся войны,

Здесь бьют друг друга локтями больно

Trains are leaving and wagons are pulling,

Noisy crowd tired platforms,

And sad eyes envy cheerful ones...

The lights of foreign cities are calling.

The years go by, the wheels rush

In the eternal race for well-fed happiness.

At the train stations they shout and fuss

People waiting for trains...

Passions are seething and nerves are torn,

And everyone wants to leave first

To the city of your dreams and faith,

To the land of unfulfilled dreams.

Platforms groan from soulless feet,

And damp from tears, and stuffy from sweat.

They stand in a crowd, obedient to fate,

People waiting for trains...

Stations breathe with the illusion of life,

The whistle of a diesel locomotive is like a starting shot.

We started off, hung on the steps,

To leave without leaving a trace.

And the train is not the same, but they are happy.

Here, wars are waged for every place,

Here they beat each other with elbows painfully
