The Crystal Eye -

In the fortress of the guardians

Burns a flame that can not die

This evil force it draws me nearer

To search beyond for the crystal eye

Black winged demons rise to guide me

Past the door of the wizard’s lair

He casts his spell upon the mortals

The face of death beneath his veil

I’ve passed beyond it has begun

The universe and I are one

I’ve crossed the astral plane

Forever to search in vain

I’ve reached beyond the sky

To find the crystal eye

To search beyond the mystic portal

I’ve stood alone at the edge of time

I’ve borne witness to man’s creations

And I’ve seen the future amongst the signs

I’ve passed beyond it has begun

The universe and I are one

I’ve crossed the astral plane

Forever to search in vain

To reach beyond the sky

To hold the crystal eye

I’ve crossed the astral plane

Forever I shall reign

I’ve seen the rainbow’s end

Never to return again

I’ve led a thousand men

Into the serpent’s den

I’ve reached beyond the sky
