Man made of earth, and woman made of bone

No good together, and no good alone

Take your chances on your own

Down in the valley the people built a wall

Ten feet wide and twenty feet tall

It cast a shadow over them all

High up on the tippy top the people placed their king

A man of short stature with a shiny gold ring

All the kings jokers shuffle through the crowd

To silence the people who think too loud

Look up high and if the rain won’t fall

Pray all night until you break that wall

Drown your weary soul in blood red wine

Mad king to break your bones

Help you die and take your home

So i dug a big whole, on the other side of the wall

And I pushed the king off and watched him fall

Where the laboring dead dig away

To make a hole where he will stay

Deep, deep down in hell

And there they’ll keep him very well
