Bu kördüğüm eski bir yara,

Ta çocukken kestiler beni,

Bir gün bile iyileşmedi ki,

Ben kopardım hep kabuğundan,

Aynı yerden vurulmuşuz biz,

Aynı sele kapılmışız,

Usanmadan hep ummuşuz biz,

Defalarca unutulmuşuz,

Hayat fışkırır damarlarımızdan

Onca şeye rağmen

Doyasıya, ölesiye

Ve biz bir yandan yüzü kızaran insan

Hayvan gibi atlarız avımızın üstüne

Hem katil, hem kurban
