1. А зимним вечером нам снова не до сна:

Виной тому петардная пора.

Когда на небе много вспышек и огней,

То Новый год встречать гораздо веселей!

ПРИПЕВ: Гремят петарды и ликует весь народ.

И это значит, наступает Новый год.

В домах за мир, за счастье и удачу пьют,

А под балконом разрывается салют!

2. Стремятся ввысь петарды в праздничном бою.

Боюсь, затмят Полярную звезду.

Повсюду музыка, не будем мы скучать:

Пришла пора всем вместе Новый год встречать!

ПРИПЕВ: Гремят петарды бесконечно тут и там,

И это значит, Новый год стучится к нам.
