Forlorn Hope -

Again I’m able to see,

but who would I look?

I imagine how could this be,

My homeland, an unwriten book

Laying deserted the dead around me

The land where I launched a nuke

The feeling of hatred growing strong

My chest filling up with anger

for those who I once lived among.

I grow inside a little dark stranger

Who has made me blind

Who has overthrown my mind.

My eyes turn dark red,

as the blood of those I’ve killed.

I roam around silenced

by the mad souls trapped in my head

What have I done?

I‘ve turned my heart to blazing fire
