Ночью безлунной яростным стоном старуха метель

Вдруг растревожит седины бескрайних снегов.

В северном небе врата оборвёт с петель

В скованный льдами град позабытых богов.

Тени минувшего вихрем разбитых судеб,

Лживых заветов чумой обращенных в прах,

У алтаря кадила остудят,

В души безликих вселяя страх.

Тем, что в мольбах новой зари ждут,

Мертвенно бледной рукой сжимая молитвослов,

Ветры неистово щеки бесстыжие жгут,

Болью немых, порабощённых веков.

On a moonless night with a furious groan, an old woman blizzard

Suddenly disturb the gray hairs of endless snow.

In the northern sky, the gates will be torn off their hinges

To the icebound city of forgotten gods.

Shadows of the past in a whirlwind of broken destinies,

False precepts turned to dust by a plague,

At the altar, the censer will cool,

Instilling fear into the souls of the faceless.

Those that wait in prayers for a new dawn,

Deadly pale hand squeezing the prayer book,

The winds furiously burn shameless cheeks,

The pain of dumb, enslaved centuries.

At night, a moonless moan of an old woman blizzard
