zwischen Jedermanns- und Niemandsland und ewigem Schnee.

Wir hab’n genug zu essen, genug Schnaps und Brot,

doch die Mannschaft ist müde und der Steuermann tot.

Und niemand weiß genau wohin die Reise geht,

jeder weiß, dass alles in den Sternen steht.

Doch die Sterne leuchten schon seit Tagen nicht mehr,

nur der Käpt'n strahlt, doch der Himmel bleibt leer.
