Já vi culpados escoltados a assinarem p’la violência

Bati palmas ao desfile da falsidade e cobardia

Mas nunca a deixei entrar quando à porta me batia

Já vi julgarem o que sou só pelo prazer de o fazer

E a desilusão a aparecer por eu nunca responder

Eu tenho a fama à porta, é lá que limpo os pés

Só depois faço a música que me separa de vocês

Já vi o stress e a rotina e o desespero é familiar

Já vi castelos na areia a desafiarem o mar

Eu já vi o Universo.

mas não me contento

E nunca vi uma paixão como a que guardo cá dentro

Não quero mais ter sorte

Só quero é viver e crescer para ser forte

Eu já pensei como seria e partilhei a conclusão

Já depositei confiança e levantei desilusão

Nunca falei, mas fui falado, já calei sem ser calado

Mas sempre honesto e verdadeiro com humildade e suor

Mas nunca conheci a cara desses cobardes meninos

Reportagens sobre mim e sobre aqueles que mais amo

Já vi serem feitas, mas furado saiu o plano

Visitei tantos palcos sem nunca ter lançado

Acreditaram em mim e por isso um obrigado

Já conheci a melhor pessoa que esta vida me entregou

E nem a morte que me desejaram até hoje me afastou

But always honest and true with humility and sweat

I've seen good and evil conspiring in secret

In a threat that disguises, but does not hide the fear

I've read envy emails and mean-spirited comments

But I never met the face of these coward boys

Reports about me and those I love the most

I've seen them made, but the plan came out with a hole

I visited so many stages without ever having released

They believed in me and for that a thank you
