Et un supermarché c’est l’lieu idéal

Ouais, c’est mince, le théâtre de mon entraînement matinal

J’me trimballe dans les rayons avec un grand sac vide

Que j’dois remplir de glucides, lipides, protides

Du liquide, j’en n’ai pas et alors?

Ma gueule, faut qu’j’aille dehors

Mon sac est déjà rempli à ras bord

Le vigile est pas d’accord, va falloir la jouer fine

Donc premier exercice de la journée, le jogging

Zedoo, tu montes, j’m’occupe de la suite du planning

On s’casse en bécane, direction la sortie du parking

Là-bas, un mec a voulu faire une course avec nous

Aucun feeling

Lui et sa machine ont fait de l’aquaplaning

On arrive en ville, épuisés par ce triathlon

J’ai soif, et j’me contenterais pas d’une cannette d’Athlon

En bon athlète, j’préfère ingurgiter d’la Heineken

Pour la musculation intensive de son abdomen

J’me sculpte un corps de rêve, c’est la performance d’abord

La règle d’or, c’est d’essayer d’battre ses propres records

Sportif de haut niveau, si t’es paré on y va

Fais-moi voir c’que tu vaux quand tu bouges sur ça

Mais l’exercice suivant est plus dur

Épreuve d’endurance, puisque j’suis bien préparé j’me lance

Avec aisance sur un banc, où patiemment j’attends

L’arrivée du printemps ou tout simplement l’arrivée d’un bon plan

Finalement, c’est l’printemps qu’est arrivé en premier

La classe, on change de sport, c’est la saison d’la chasse

Les chiens sont lâchés, grande battue sur les Champs-Élysées

Ils veulent votre numéro les filles et ils vont pas vous lâcher

Après on s’vante, on s’braque, on négocie l’câlin

Et ça finit en sport de chambre dans un Formule 1

Le problème c’est à l’aurore, quand tu t’aperçois d’ton erreur

Et qu’tu t’réveilles en plein musée des horreurs

Alors tu t’lèves, t’as envie d’fuir mais comme t’es pas un salaud

Tu dis bouge pas, j’reviens, j’vais juste acheter des pe-clo

Et là t’es déjà loin, en footing vers le métro

Dans ta tête l’incendie éclate même si l’incident est clos

En bas, surprise, toute une flopée d’contrôleurs

Alors tu fais l’trajet inverse et tu laisses parler ton cœur

Tu t’dis qu’t’es trop âgé pour voler des bicyclettes

Et comme t’es sport, tu rentres en taxi-baskets

Sneakers on feet, sports suit

Comfortable clothes and as usual I work my body
