Curious children ought to run and hide or appear at the window to look inside

Whispers gather in the atmosphere, silent thinker with x-ray ears

Are you a creature in search of a cage or a lonely actor who has lost his stage

Can you admire all the things we build or do you relate to the spaces we fill

Enemy insects will colonize the image reflected in your eyes

Shall we resist if I close within and even the lamplight burns our skin

Will you return when I least expect, a hand in the darkness to help me connect
