Wool Coats - Poema

Wool coats, my mittens, and my scarves

Used to be my favorite part of the winter time

But now I, oh I am far more fond

Of something that’s new

To say this frosty weather could keep me cold

Well, that’d be untrue when I’m with you

Cause winter comes only once a year

Let’s make the most of it my dear

We’ll put up the lights, will you hold my hands?

Their cold as ice

Singing the songs we love to hear

And when the night is drawing near

Stay by my side and sip chocolate by the fire light

Darling, oh if you ever loved me

Would you dance me around

What a love I’ve found

Watching It’s a Wonderful Life here with my best friend

I could see this becoming tradition for us

This has begun the years to come
