Once I was your monument

Then you shook the ground

Now there’s no justice in your domain

The righteous suffer at your gain

I will take you down

Before the clash of war I hear a distant cry

The sound reminds me that my destiny is nigh

Fear in my bones but my resolve is holding fast

No turning back now

This stand will be my last

The battle rages on till dusk falls on your creation

Trembling you realize defeat

But when the air is still, suddenly

Reflected in my blade I see

The wretch is me

The blood-stained horizon burns my eyes with brazen light

The Daystar descends into the dark of endless night

I break the mirror, kill the visions of my past

No turning back now

This stand will be my last

God of vengeance, shine forth

Rise up, O Judge of the earth

and render recompense to the proud.

Who will stand for me against the evildoers?

Who will take his stand for me against those who do wickedness?

Can a throne of destruction be allied with You,

one which devises mischief by decree?

They band themselves together against the life of the righteous

and condemn the innocent to death

But Thou has been my stronghold, my rock of refuge

and Thou will destroy them.
