O che sono fortunato

Perché chi sogna delusioni non ne ha

Forse sei stata tu la prima

La sola ipotesi di vita

Forse continuo a dire forse

Per non dire che é finita

Le tue regole del gioco

Le rispetto a malincuore

Io sono un sognatore

E vado via

Ti lascio sulle labbra una poesia

Quel che sarà

Per questa vita che importanza ha

Son diventato un sognatore

E chi ha letto le mie carte

Ha scoperto che un destino non c'é l’ho

E come fanno i sognatori

Riesco a mettermi da parte

Mentre il mondo mi continua a dire no

Tra mille anni ci sarà

Chi parlerà dei sognatori

Come animali del passato

Che mangiavano emozioni

Tra mille anni o tra due ore

Ma lasciatemelo dire

Io resto un sognatore

E vado via

Vi lascio sulle labbra una poesia

Quel che sarà

Per questa vita che importanza ha

E vado via

Là dove il cielo

Scende in fondo al mare

Che vuoi che sia

Se al mondo resto solo

To feel less alone

And for not knowing how old I am anymore

I sell dreams for a living

I also sing songs that I don't know

Just have your eyes closed

To photograph the world

And to look negatively

How deep the sea is

And this wrinkle on my face
