Život je, stari kučkin sin

Stalno se raspravljam sa njim

Život je ofucani Holivudski film

Svi smo mi malo dramili

Ćutali il' galamili, u tom spektaklu

Neki su rođeni za maske

Neki statiraju do daske

Ja sam pozitivno-negativan tip

I kao svi iz stare škole radim sve «slow motion»

Igram bez dublera, sve sam

Što nije praktično, to znam

Pomalo šmiram, pomalo briljiram

Partner sam raznim licima

Zvezdama i naivcima, u tom spektaklu

Možda i nisam neki biser

Ali sam barem svoj režiser

Sam za sebe smišljam zaplete i kraj

Koristeći uglavnom laku tehniku «slow motion»

Od Mure pa do Morave

Neka me svi zaborave

Ako uopšte ikom išta značim

Sa samog ruba pameti

Stižu mi strašni saveti

Al' ja bi da proživim na svoj način

Odlaze zadnji vozovi, biraju ljude lozovi

I sve u svemu nemam lepe reči

Al' ja bi baš u ime to, još jednu popio

I teško da će neko da me spreči

Život je stari kučkin brat

Sve manje sa njim vodim rat

I sve mi više liči na peščani sat

U svakom zrnu neki dan

U svakom danu neki san i «keep on smiling»

Neæu da o tom pišem roman

K’o svaki prosečan grandoman

Biću srećan ako dovršim svoj stih

Jer sati i minuti nisu čuli za «slow motion»

It's life, old son of a bitch

I argue with him all the time

Life is a tattered Hollywood movie

We were all a little dramatic

They kept silent or shouted, in that spectacle

Some were born for masks

Some stand up to the board

I am a positive-negative type

And like everyone from the old school, I do everything "slow motion"

I play without a double, I'm all

What is not practical, I know

I'm a little smirking, a little brilliant

I am a partner to various people

To the stars and the naive, in that spectacle

Maybe I'm not a pearl

But at least I'm my own director

I think of plots and endings for myself

Using mostly light slow motion technique

From Mura to Morava

Let everyone forget me

If I mean anything to anyone at all

From the very edge of the mind

I get terrible advice

But I would like to live in my own way

The last trains are leaving, the people are being chosen by the vines

And all in all, I don't have nice words

But in the name of that, I would drink another one

And hardly anyone will stop me

Life is an old bitch brother

I'm waging less and less war with him

And it looks more and more like an hourglass to me

In every grain the other day

Every day a dream and "keep on smiling"

I don't want to write a novel about it

Like any average grandoman

I will be happy if I finish my verse

Because hours and minutes have not heard of "slow motion"
