Fearing the explosion

Of a star being reborn

Pulsating every second

Blasting life away

Contorted reality

Seen through a smashed objective

View rippled by waves

My heart a pyre

My eyes all ash

My soul in flames

Tunneling through hidden places

The heat is overwhelming

I never thought that through my veins

Such passion would flow

From inside out

Reverse the burn
