Lorsque le soleil fût tombé que les astres pointèrent leur nez

L’agitation avait cessé, il n’hésita plus à se montrer

C'était un vieil homme céciteux considéré comme simplet

Seulement toute chose il savait béni qu’il était des cieux

Cet ermite vivait caché à l’abri du temps des regrets

Dans une grotte au sol ensablé muni d’une palette pour meubler

Prends le bon chemin

Ne marche pas dans l’ombre

Suis ton instinct

Et n’aies peur de rien

Plus jamais de chagrin

Regardes au lointain

Imagines toi demain

Et ne changes plus rien

Alors que tous les soirs il sortait pour attendre le garçon

Que les dieux lui avaient confié pour remplir sa mission
