Tim ist jetzt in Freiburg, Tobi in Berlin

Philipp wurde Anwalt, nur Hannah ist geblieben

Manu wurde Tänzer, jetzt macht er BWL

Die Zeit vergeht im Rückspiegel so schnell

So laufen die Jahre weiter ins Land

War kurz zuhause, war lang nicht hier

Wo Stein auf Stein wie früher steht

Die alte Straße ist fast wie damals

Und doch hat sich so viel gedreht

Kathi hat jetzt Kinder, wir hab’n kaum noch Kontakt

Kolja macht Sozialarbeit und Mark hat’s nicht gepackt

Clemens reist durch Frankreich, sucht immer noch sein Glück

Und ich spiel' meine Lieder und denk' an euch zurück

Und jeder hat Geschichten, von den’n er gern erzählt

Until everyone went their own way

Tim is now in Freiburg, Tobi in Berlin

Philipp became a lawyer, only Hannah stayed

Manu became a dancer, now he is doing business administration

Time flies so fast in the rearview mirror

Was at home for a short time, wasn't here for a long time

Where stone stands on stone as it used to be

The old street is almost like it was then

And yet so much has changed

Kathi has children now, we hardly have any contact anymore

Kolja does social work and Mark didn't get it

Clemens travels through France, still looking for his luck
