Нам уготовано, мальчик мой,

Легкое это бремя -

Двигаться вдоль по одной прямой,

Имя которой Время.

Памяти с ней не совладать -

Значит нам повезло,

Время учит нас забывать все -

И добро, и зло.

Встречи, прощанья - какое там,

Даже не вспомнить лица,

И только вещи верные нам

Помнят все до конца.
