It was like fire filling your head in a slumber state

All of this wonder comes from the bridge you live under and paint pictures of

yourself

All of these wishes, not faithful but just superstitious

because no one’s perfect

But how could I be right about a puzzle no ones sorted out?

One so comprehensive

Wild, don’t end up grey and in denial

What’s my purpose?

I wonder what comes after

I wonder why I matter

I’m supposed to use my time and know exactly what I’m doing this for

It chokes me up when I think about my children

I hope that one day they will not take anything for granted

I hope I’ve made an impact

I hope I’ve touched and loved you

I hope one day I’ll leave behind a legacy that’s beautiful
