Era l’autunno e il cameriere Antonio

Servendo ad un tavolo di grandi industriali

Sentì decidere che per l’estate prossima

Sarebbe andata di moda l’acqua blu

Loro dicevano che bastava fare una campagna di pubblicità

Mettere in ogni bar un po' di bottigliette

Ed il successo non poteva mancare

Antonio tra se rideva

Ahahah-ahahah

Diceva «me ne infischio della moda io bevo solo quello che mi va»

Venne l’inverno e Antonio vide al cinema

Cortometraggi con bottiglie d’acqua blu

Fotografie sui muri e sui giornali

Di belle donne che invitavano a provarla

In primavera già qualcuno la beveva

E pure lui un giorno a casa d’un amico

Dovette berla perché quello imbarazzato

Gli disse «scusa ma non m'è rimasto altro»

Antonio però rideva

Ahahah-ahahah

Diceva «me ne infischio della moda ma in mancanza d’altro bevo quel che c'è»

Venne l’estate ed in villeggiatura

Antonio aveva sete e non sapeva cosa bere

In ogni bar dove chiedeva un dissetante

Manco a farlo apposta gli servivano acqua blu

Le prime volte lui si era opposto

Ma poi pensò: «Ma chi me lo fa fare»

E da quel giorno poco a poco si abituò

Un mese dopo non beveva altro

Antonio però rideva

Ahahah-ahahah

Diceva «me ne infischio della moda ma bevo questa bibita perché mi va»

Ora è l’autunno, Antonio è all’ospedale

Intossicato perché beveva troppo

E per servire quel tavolo importante

S'è fatto sostituire dall’amico Pasquale

Stan decidendo per la prossima moda

Un pantalone a strisce gialle e nere

Basterà fare una gran pubblicità

Farlo indossare da qualche grande attore

Pasquale tra se sorride

Ahahaha-ahahah

E dice «me ne infischio della moda io porto solo quello che mi va»

Ma io vedo già Pasquale

Ahahah-ahahah

Chissà come starà male

Coi pantaloni a strisce gialle e nere

It was autumn and the waiter Antonio

Serving at a table of large industrialists

He heard it decide that for next summer

Blue water would have been fashionable

They said it was enough to do an advertising campaign

Summer came and on vacation

Antonio was thirsty and did not know what to drink

Needless to do it on purpose they needed blue water

The first few times he was opposed

And from that day on, he gradually got used to it

A month later he was drinking nothing else

Antonio was laughing though

Now it's autumn, Antonio is in the hospital

Intoxicated because he drank too much

And to serve that important table

He was replaced by his friend Pasquale

They are deciding on the next fashion

A trousers with yellow and black stripes

It will be enough to make a great publicity

Get it worn by some great actor

Pasquale smiles to himself

And he says "I don't care about fashion, I only wear what I want"

But I already see Pasquale
