Salí una tarde a caminar

A darle aire, a mi ansiedad

Quise olvidarme de consumir

Que ni el almuerzo salí a comprar

Nunca jamás imaginé

Lo que ésa tarde iba a pasar

Bajo de un árbol me recosté

Y ví a ésa oruga, mirando me decía:

Ah- ah- ah- ah- ah- ah- ah-.

Hipnotizado y sin hablar

Me mira fijo, que va a pasar?

Detrás de ella venían más

Muy decididas a almorzar, decía:

Ah- ah- ah- ah- ah- ah- ah-.

.

Todas verdosas, van por detrás

Me van llevando a su lugar

Es increíble, yo en su mesa

Soy su comida, su gran manjar

Ah- ah- ah- ah- ah- ah- ah-.

I went out one afternoon for a walk

Under a tree I lay down
