Астры в школьном цветнике

Поливал Андрейка.

У него была в руке

Голубая лейка,

И текли из лейки

Водяные змейки.

Пусть напьется школьный сад

В жаркую погоду...

— Стой!

— ребята говорят.—

Как ты носишь воду?

Не срамись!

— кричат они,

Сидя на скамейке.—

Не годится в наши дни

Поливать из лейки.

И уже решен вопрос:

Заказали мы насос,

Подали заявки

И сидим на лавке.

— Что ж!

Пускай везут насос,

Говорит Андрейка.

Лейку он в сарай отнес —

Устарела лейка.

Прибыл в пятницу насос,

Но цветы не знали,

Что о них решен вопрос,

И в четверг завяли.

He took the watering can to the barn -
