Ён жыве ў вышыні,

Дзе Манблан стары як свет,

Дзе вятры і снягі

І аблокаў ў небе след.

Што арлу цесны рай

І падманлівы спакой?

Яго дом — небакрай,

Ён лунае над зямлёй!

Ляжа пад крыло вышыня…

Вецер — брат арла.

У прасторы межаў няма.

Абдымаюць промні святла…

Неба — лёс арла.

На зорнай мапе цішыня…
