Yo, j'étais OK, mais j'étais KO

À un point tel que mes membres agissaient sans mon cerveau

En fait quand j’allais à l'école, mon corps s’y trouvait

Mais mon esprit bougeait encore dans le dancehall de la veille

Pour mon âge de miel me donnaient oui très sommeil

8 heures du mat', réveil collège

21 heures 30 rendez-vous à Carrefour Labège avec Nadège

Et après y’aura une superbe soirée

Oh merde les devoirs j’ai oublié !

Mais je les ferai ce qui donnait

Métro, boulot, dodo, avec beaucoup plus de métro, moins de boulot

Et beaucoup beaucoup d’here we go

Ma prof de Maths me disait que j'étais bidon

Et puis de toute façon pour elle il était clair que je finisse maçon

Mais bon, voilà où j’en suis, moi et mes amis

Pourtant beaucoup plus d’ambition qu’un apprenti eh oui !

Quant à moi j’ai décollé de ma cour d'école

Pour me coller comme un autocollant sur le sol

Après l’ANPE tous les matins j'étais las

Las d'être las, las car trop là, lassé par le lasso d’une vie de chien chaud

Jadis courant derrière des piles de diplômes

Aujourd’hui immobile comme un Playmobil dans un mobil-home

J’ai décidé de rire du matin jusqu’au soir

Décidé de hisser l'étendard du bouffon standard

Comme un clown dans un monde de clones, formaté par la télé

Élevé au taureau ailé

J’ai plus de potes car j’ai plus de cartable

Mais j’opte pour le haut dans la détente intégrale
