Myös kotonasi lehdistä katsellaan

Silmiesi kaunista kipinää

Olet oppinut kantapään kautta tien ihmisten sydämiin

TV-ilta päättyy sinun katseeseen

Levollisen tuntuiseen

Mutta hehkut kuin loppu savukkeen

Jonka heitit talviseen hankeen

Muistatko kun lupasit niin

Saapuisit sitten jouluna kotiin

Saapuisit sitten jouluna kotiin
