down my left arm

and down my right arm

The love flows down my arms

to my finger tips

and fills up with love

From my chest to my neck

Through my throat

to my tongue, teeth, nose, eyes, ears

to the top of my head

I am filling up with love

I am full of love

I am full of light

My light overflows out

from the top of my head

and flows over my whole body

I am full of the light of love

I have a constant spring

of the light of love

flowing out of me

wherever I go
