Nachtstau auf der Autobahn

da vorne kann ich runterfahrn

einfach mal probiern

gibt gar nichts zu verliern

die Gegend sieht verlassen aus

weit und breit kein licht, kein Haus

nirgendwo ein Schild, irreale Welt

die Straße wird jetzt enger

und verliert die gegenbahn

mein herz klopft immer schneller

doch ich kämpf dagegen an

ich schalte schnell das Radio an

nur sphärenrauschen, kein Empfang

Zufall oder nicht

und ich wunder mich

vor mir fährt ein Kinderei

ein Bus, der keine Scheiben hat

am Steuer sitzt ein Mann

er sieht mich seltsam an

ein Strom von alten Leuten

wandert dicht am Straßenrand

die meisten gehen einsam

doch ein paar gehn Hand in Hand

plötzlich leuchten Schilder

«letzt ausfahrt Tod»

ich steige in die bremsen

und ich denk nur «mein Gott»

mein wagen kommt ins schleudern

doch etwas hält ihn an

und mir wird klar ich fuhr heut

auf der Himmelsautobahn
