Der Frühling kommt

Und mich überkommt ein Gefühl von Übelkeit (Würg)

Wenn ich daran denke

Dass nicht weit entfernt an uns’rer Grenze

Tausende Menschen in löchrigen Zelten

An Fieber und Armut verrecken

Und dass alle es seh’n könn'n

Aber keiner was macht

Aus Angst, dass es denen, die hier sind, nicht passt

Sie zucken die Schultern

Sie lehnen sie ab

Die ganze Welt geht auf Distanz

Ich will mich 24/7 unter der Bettdecke verkriechen

Augen zu, Gedanken fließen

Ich bleibe liegen

Keine Lichtblicke

Nur Blaulicht durch die Jalousie

Lohnt es sich was anzuzieh’n?

Von draußen Hundegebell

Und irgendwo verpasst grad jemand seinen Arzttermin

Hab diffuse Schuldgefühle

Zwischen Polizeisiren’n

Und: darf es mir schlecht gehen, wo’s doch andern schlechter geht?

Ich spring' in den Nebel aus 7 Ibuprofen

Mir wird übel, wenn ich Nachrichten seh'

Ich will mich 24/7 unter der Bettdecke verkriechen

Augen zu, Gedanken fließen

Ich bleibe liegen

Und du glaubst, du kontrollierst die Situation

Doch die Welt gehört der Exponentialfunktion

Und während du dich für die Zukunft optimierst

Weiß niemand, wie sie sich finanziert

Mache Yoga, sei kreativ

Glaube an Gott oder einen Tweet

Wieso leb ich von all dem Leid

In so einer privilegierten Hilflosigkeit?

I get sick when I see the news

I want to crawl under the covers 24/7

I lie down

And you think you control the situation

But the world belongs to the exponential function

And while you optimize yourself for the future

Nobody knows how it finances itself

Do yoga, be creative

Believe in God or a tweet

Why am I living on all this suffering?

In such a privileged helplessness?
