Day is gathering its color

Just like some flowers in a vase

Behind a crescent moon, so faint

She is wise and watching over

Since we were young it’s been the same

Even when our shadows in the way

So we feeling at the fire

Gather the pieces of the day

And we let the warmth pull us in closer

So we can see familiar faces

Without our shadows in the way
