When we were young and it didn’t make much sense to worry about rent.

And no one bothered just standing on a line cause we were living in our minds.

Then someone told me that we’d never grow old.

We’d just grow wiser over time.

But all this rush makes me dumber I swear.

It makes me dream of simpler times.

Yeah still waiting for the time when all in life is right.

They say we’re living in a place of dreams where hard work makes you free.

But I’ve seen so many lost along the path and they struggle just to laugh.
