Kadun pätkät lyhenee

Ja kapenee

Moni juuttuu nopeaan

Tapaan täältä matkustaa

Taidan vielä vaeltaa ja odottaa

Kunnes syksy minut saa

Kunnes lumi peittää maan

Jaksan vielä odottaa

Talven selkä kyllä kantaa repussaan

Tulen siihen risteykseen

Missä ruuhka hiljenee

Katulamput vanhenee ja vähenee

Pala vastausta

Pala toivomusta

Pala jotain parempaa

Pala kaipausta

Pala lohdutusta

Pala nousevaa voimaa

Katukiven alta

Takavasemmalta

Löytyy kun vain vaeltaa

Tuulta odottaa

Valot leikkii leluillaan

Kadun selkä notkahtaa

Taidan vielä vaeltaa ja odottaa

Toinen oikealle

Riemukaaren alle

Katu kutsuu kulkijaa

Yksin pimeässä

Vielä empimässä

Lähtisinkö seuraamaan

Ihmisjoukon tuoksu

Kutsuu mua juoksuun

Pyrähdän ja risteys taa

En voi odottaa

I meet to travel here

Under the cobblestone

From the back left

Found when you just wander

The wind is waiting

Lights is playing with their toys

The back of the street sags

Under the Arc de Triomphe

The street invites the walker

Alone in the dark

Still hesitant

Would I go watch

The smell of the crowd

Invites me to a run

I collide and cross the back

I can not wait

I'm coming to that intersection

And narrows

I'm calling another walker

Forges on the street deck

I can no longer walk and wait
