Here I go again, terrified myself

I suffocated in these walls I’ve built up

I’m no good at self-love

And I’m wasting, I’m wasting my time

I look for happiness in the bottom of a glass

Drowning in the dark thoughts of an egomaniac

I’m making enemies all the bullies in my mind

They try to hurt me but it was me the whole time

I crawl around on the ceiling

Pull me down but I’m liking how it’s feeling

Here I go again, I’m fighting with my manic head

I’m losing grip of it, tempered little fits

Mantras on my tongue but nothing ever sticks

Battle with the love and the hate of myself

Wishing I could be somebody, swapping for somebody else
