Als ich Hilfe brauchte

Sie in mir nicht mehr fand

Blieb ich allein auf lichtloser Insel

Auf der Insel meiner Angst

Als die Angst mich verlassen

Die Kräfte mich suchten

Als ich wieder hoffte

Auf den Tag, auf das Jahr

War ich nicht mehr allein

Die Insel ward Festland

Und sie kamen alle

Ob Frau oder Mann

Und sie boten alle ihre Hilfe mir an

As the power ebbs

Fear washes over me

When I was looking for help

I couldn't find you anymore

As the night suffocates me

The day scares me

When I needed help

no longer found her in me

I stayed alone on a lightless island

On the island of my fear

When the fear left me

The forces were looking for me

When I hoped again

To the day, to the year

I wasn't alone anymore

The island became mainland

And they all came

Whether woman or man

And they all offered their help to me
