In der schwarzen Pfütze

Ein Stück Hoffnung in der Not

Und ein Lächeln

Selbst zwei dumme Witze

Sind zuweilen

Der Seele Brot

Eine Hand, die übers Haar streicht

Ein leises Wort trifft dich wie ein Stein;

Du warst gewohnt, viel zu lang gewohnt

Sehr allein zu sein

Einst saß ich mit wachen Augen

Im Abendrot

Und konnte die Nacht nicht erwarten

Die Nacht mit dir

Ich war verkrallt in das Leben

Das jede Stunde tanzen ließ

Ich liebte jede Sekunde

Mit dem Mann, der den Weg mir wies

Dein Bild

Das mich begleitet

Ein Antlitz, das mir so nah

Selbst nach Jahren

So vielen Jahren

Ist und bleibt es da
