Ich wollte gestern Rasen mähen, doch das Wetter war nicht schön

Da lies ich es doch lieber sein, und ging bei uns in den Gewölbekeller rein

Ich sah den Schrank, die Frau nicht da, mit schnellen Füßchen an die Bar

Und goss mit schon klebrigen Fingerlein ein kleines Gläschen Schnaps mir ein
