I took a walk under the northern lights

To hear a sound I’d never heard before

As my thoughts, they understood and breathed aside

The silence screamed like the ending of the world

A soul will tremble under northern lights

I hear the stars sing Hallelujah

How can there be nothing at all between you and I

I feel your light, it reaches through the void

You made me where I lay

But what would it look like to be unafraid?

Silent and formless like my inner spaces

I’ve known the fear of gazing too deeply

Courage and foolishness have similar faces

I’ve known them both, and smoking with them sweetly
