Truly - Go Forth

Everyday I’m gripping my sanity as if it were being torn from my tired grasp.

There’s another way out, another way out of this.

My existence won’t be meaningless, know this is not the end for me.

I won’t sit back and accept the way our generation blindly respects those with

no fire in their hearts, their passion is too far gone.

Never walk the line of expectation and keep your feet on the ground,

liberate your mind.

It’s all that you have left.

Pursuing dreams until the end of my days, I’ll leave my mark on this earth.

Never will I be led astray.

I have awakened and I’ll never again close my eyes, see the world for what it

truly is.

A birthplace for the worst kind.

I wish I saw good in my fellow man, my sleepless nights would cease to exist

and no longer would I lie awake thinking about, just thinking about the days

that have passed.
