Eu só quero ser eu mesmo

Mas não quero voltar a ser o mesmo

Dizer que não fui só mais um

A entrar na gaiola dos bravos

Eu tive a correr pelos prados

Quis mergulhar no tornado

Ouvi tanta gente a dizer que eu não tava preparado

Mas entrei no piso molhado

E provei-lhes que tavam errados…

Embora não fosse essa a minha missão

Eu quis que soubessem que voltei da viagem são

Mas estou só de passagem

Porque ainda não fiz metade

Daquilo que me compete a idade
