Unsere Gemeinde war ne schöne Stadt

War der Bischöfe Ansitz

Über 1000 Jahre ist sie alt, wurde auf Sumpf gebaut

Stolz unserer Väter, voll Kultur und Kunst, inmitten von Bergen

Religion und Pflichtbewusstsein sollten der Grund deiner Schönheit sein

Doch ist heute vieles anders, vieles scheiße:

Verkehr, Umweltverschmutzung, Bauten fremder Welten

Brixen, wir sind deine Kinder

Und passen auf dich auf

Stürzt die Kräfte vom Thron der Gemeinde

Die dich so furchtbar krank macht

Illegale Müllentsorgung, scheiß Verkehrspolitik

Das Forum kriegt teuren Parkett, das ist wirklich nett und überlegt

Wie soll es weitergeh’n, ich kann’s nicht versteh’n, ja ich kann’s nicht

versteh’n

Will die Stadt in neuem Glanz, will ein neues Brixen sehn

Doch ist heute vieles anders, vieles scheiße:

Verkehr, Umweltverschmutzung, Bauten fremder Welten

Brixen, wir sind deine Kinder

Stürzt die Kräfte vom Thron der Gemeinde

Die dich so furchtbar krank macht

Our community was a beautiful city

Was the bishops residence

It is over 1000 years old and was built on a swamp

Pride of our fathers, full of culture and art, surrounded by mountains

Religion and a sense of duty should be the reason for your beauty

But today a lot is different, a lot of shit:

Traffic, pollution, buildings from other worlds

Brixen, we are your children

And take care of yourself

Overthrows the powers from the throne of the church

That makes you so terribly sick

Illegal garbage disposal, shit traffic policy

The forum gets expensive parquet, that's really nice and considered

How is it supposed to go on, I can't understand it, yes I can't

understand

Wants the city in new splendor, wants to see a new Brixen

But today a lot is different, a lot of shit:
