La mia generazione non crede più a niente

E in parte si sente parte di niente

La verità è

Che sono orgoglioso di essere italiano

Che non vuole le moschee dell’Islam

E mangia più kebab che pizza

Mi vergogno perché è perbenista

Vuole un negro in campionato

Ma quale meritocrazia, hanno già studiato i target

Quale libertà, chi non rientra in certe fasce

Ha le opportunità proporzionali ai soldi nelle tasche

Mi vergogno anche dell’Italia cattolica

Che ha fatto della Bibbia il più grande best seller della storia

La chiesa perdona i preti pedofili nel nome di Dio

Se li perdona avrà quel nome, però non è il mio

E qua non parlo di chi crede, ma di istituzione

E qua non c’entra la fede, c’entrano le persone

Mi vergogno dell’Italia che non si vergogna

E con la testa nell’elmo di Scipio va alla gogna

Sono orgoglioso dell’Italia di chi non sta zitto

Perché è un diritto di chi scende in piazza e non si dà sconfitto

Sono orgoglioso dell’Italia che non paga il pizzo

E' solo un «sì» per scegliere il male minore

Sono orgoglioso del made in Italy, le eccellenze italiane

Ti fanno sentire a casa anche in terre lontane

Sono orgoglioso di essere italiano come aggettivo

Anche se il nostro futuro è un punto interrogativo

Sono orgoglioso dell’Italia che ha scelto l’onore

Non quello mafioso o quello fascista, ma quello di chi vuole

La giustizia al punto tale che rischia di essere al centro del mirino

Mi vergogno dell’Italia degli sbirri infami

Per Giuseppe Uva in una lista piena di ingiustizie

Per chi abusa del potere e insabbia le notizie

Siamo senza direzione

Una nazione in rotta verso l’autodistruzione
