Время отбивает дробь.

Откладываешь в дальний ящик,

Пропускаешь звонки вновь и вновь.

Раскаленный взгляд,

Кредиторов доверие,

Списанные счета.

К себе ты теряешь и уважение,

И не слышит никто твоего раскрытого рта.

Час выбора уж давно наступил,

И решение предстоит лишь одно:

Разрубить этот гордиев узел,

Или дальше опускаться на дно?

Дно упрёков себе и затянутых драм;

Дно тысячи слов взамен одного;

Дно пустых обещаний и несдержанных слов;

Дно вопроса зачем?

Ради чего?

Катится ком забытых проблем,

Начинаясь интригой,

Возвращается купой измен.

Не поможет и игра в дурака,

Час расплаты настигнет,

Невзначай наминая бока.

Отвечать всё ж придётся,

Время не предприняло перемен.

Выход из ситуации найдётся,

Но избежишь ли серьёзных проблем?

Зачем?

Ради чего?

Fed up with promises

Full of them.

Conversations, excuses, wagging,

Statements, words, names.

The situation gets worse

Time beats a fraction.

You put it away in a distant box,

You miss calls again and again.

Lenders trust,

Written off accounts.

You lose respect for yourself,

And no one hears your open mouth.

The hour of choice has long come,

And there is only one solution:

Cut this Gordian knot

Or continue to sink to the bottom?

The bottom of self-reproaches and drawn-out dramas;

The bottom of a thousand words instead of one;

The bottom of empty promises and unrestrained words;

A lump of forgotten problems is rolling,

Starting with intrigue

A bunch of changes are coming back.

The hour of reckoning will come
