Aamunkoin myötä metsän viertä pyöräilen,

Polku rantaan laskee kaarrellen,

Kuin neito sadun oisin, heiniin pitkäkseni käyn ja itsestäni nautin

Orvokin pientareelta poimin kuivuneen, eväskoriin lasken

Hiuksillain kuuma tuuli leikkii lailla rakastajan jonka hetki sitten jätin

Ääntäkään ei metsän takaa kuulu, värjekään ei liiku meri tyyni

Rinnassain rauhan tunnen, kaiken leimahtavan näen tuhon alun ilmiliekkiin

Kasvoillain tunnen ilmakehän polttavan,

Kauhun haistan, pelon veren kielelläni maistan

Viimeinkin se maailmanloppu tuli, kuori maan liian antelias suli

Tuhon tuliseinät kaiken turhan kelvineillään polttaa pois

Kärsiväisten rukouksia, tuhkaa, kirkunaa

Tulenlieskat polttaa alleen anelevat, maailmanloppu tuli vihdoinkin,

Ihmiskunta laavavirtaan suli

Pyörälläin meren viertä poljen kiehuvaa,

Kalat kuolleet rantaan huuhtoutuu

Kilikelloani soitan kiitokseksi kaiken turhan lakaisusta

Voimalan horisontissa nään sortuvan, väen rukouksineen kaatuvan

Näen tulimyrskyn taivaanrannan ylle lopulliseen tuhoon innostuvan

Retki tää odotettu viimeiseksi jää, hymyn jälkeen jätän hellimmän

Orvokkia vielä kerran haistan, kirsikoita koristani maistan
