Little insects crawling through the veins up to my thumb

Muffled tones arriving sounding amplified

Speech impaired, clouded and tongue-tied

Now I am giving up crying for the moon

Have to retire to a darker room

The second phase is ordinary pain

Pulsating mallets — hammer in my brain
