Erna P. Döst langsam weg

I’m Fernseher läuft der letzte Dreck

Erna ist 80 Jahre alt

Sie trägt eine Jacke —

Und doch ist ihr kalt

Sie weiß nicht warum

Dann kommt sie drauf —

Es ist natürlich ein Fenster auf

Doch als sie es merkt

Sträubt sich ihr Haar —

Weil das Fenster vorher geschlossen war

Und Erna P. Wohnt Parterre und hinterm Vorhang steht ein Herr

Jetzt sitzt sie da & ist ganz verstört

Hat sie da nicht ein Geräusch gehört

Sie nimmt sich zusammen

Macht das Fenster zu

Unterm Vorhang stehn 2 Männerschuh

Sie dreht sich um will Kaffee machen

Da hört sie hinter sich ein gemeines Lachen

Erna P. Will Hilfe schrei’n —

Doch niemand wird sie hören

Denn sie ist ganz allein

Und Erna P. Wohnt Parterre und hinterm Vorhang steht ein Herr

Erna P. slowly dozes off

The last bit of dirt is on the TV

Erna is 80 years old

She wears a jacket —

And yet she is cold

She doesn't know why

Then she gets it —

Of course it's a window

But when she notices

Does her hair stand on end —

Because the window was closed before

And Erna P. lives on the ground floor and there is a gentleman behind the curtain

Now she sits there and is very upset

Didn't she hear a noise?

She pulls herself together

Close the window

There are 2 men's shoes under the curtain

She turns around wants to make coffee

Then she hears a mean laugh behind her

Erna P. wants to scream for help —

But no one will hear her

'Cause she's all alone

And Erna P. lives on the ground floor and there is a gentleman behind the curtain
