Миг отчаяния - Дети лабиринта

Я прожил тысячу лет,

Прошел сквозь ясность и бред.

И всю мою вечность, куда б ни кинул я взор —

Видел таинственный свет,

Меня хранящий от бед,

Не оставлявший меня до сих пор…

Теперь моя жизнь коротка,

Не будет длиться века,

И при мысли об этом я смотрю на нее:

Вижу что совершил,

Помню тех, кого я любил,

Понимая, что все это было, но давно уж прошло…

Да!

Все давно уж прошло,

А я остался свой век доживать …

Да!

Мне теперь все равно

Где мне жить и где умирать…

Может это лишь души крик,

Живущей где-то во мне,

Получившей голос на миг,

И кричащей теперь в ночной тьме?

Дом мой сгорел дотла

И мне некуда больше идти.

Я один, словно в этом небе луна,

Я стою на обрыве скалы.

Хочется броситься вниз…

Тянет бездна меня…

Но это лишь ночи каприз,

Пришедший из белого дня…

Я прожил тысячу лет,

My house burned down

And I have nowhere else to go.

I am alone, like the moon in this sky,

I am standing on a cliff.

I want to jump down...

The abyss is pulling me...

But this is only a whim of the night,

Coming from white day...
