Staring at the sun till my eyes bleed

Holding my head I’m trying to forget the things I’ve seen

All the places I’ve been and who I’ve been

There are holes inside my head and my thoughts are leaking out.

And I’m scared

of what you’ll find because I’ve grown to hate myself

Keeping my head under water

Holding my chest there’s really nothing left for me to sing

Of all my moods and how they swing

I’ve feeling so uninspired with nothing to write

I spend my nights just counting down to the warmth of the morning light

I’m beginning to hate myself

I really think I could use some help
