Azure, like the bluest skies

Flowing like rivers with each passing night

Haunted by the scenes of tragedy

Eyes shut tight, arms wrapped around your knees

Will you close them forever and dream away?

Will anybody hear you? Will anybody see you?

Will anybody notice if you disappear at all?

Beside yourself with guilt, buried in despair

Forsaken images behind those eyes

Harrowed memories the world has walked by

Hell on earth, ghosts in the crowd
