I have seen the wasteland

Another place where they burn the dead

A smoke that never clears

The scent of rot soaks in to your skin

I can taste their flesh

Is this just

To take the lives of the guilty

Through the fire

Sins of the evil are forgiven

The witches that brought the dark

Have been set free

In the basements we found

Cauldrons filled with bones

Of children that were lost

Disappeared in the forest

They ate their flesh and guts

Boiled bones to make a stew

Rituals of the demon

The possession

They deserve the same torture

They gave to our young

But in death we gave them freedom

Blackened forest

Now the landscape has been cast
