Sembrava fosse giunto un angelo a farle visita

Aveva occhi grandi e un corteo di nuvole

Contornava enormi ali bianche

Nell’impetuoso fluire del tempo

Nutriva la speranza che tornasse quel figlio disperso al fronte

Nei pomeriggi dalla sua finestra

Fissava un punto conteso

Tra idillio e noia

Sembrava fosse giunto un angelo a farle visita
